About The Role

• Location: Thai Ha, Ha Noi
• Working mode: Hybrid (2 office days/ week)

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our talented, energetic team to solve real challenges and create innovative user experiences in the use of AI in the finance industry. They must be a bold and creative thinker who is driven to achieve in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment.

Tech Wise

• Our main language is Python
• We are, however, very open to any other techs ex. Go, Rust, PHP, Java, etc. as long as you are open to work with Python.

What You'll Do

• Own features end-to-end: engage stakeholders to define goals, identify technical challenges, and lead solutions from design to delivery.
• Design architecture and write technical specs that balance immediate needs with long-term product vision.
• Develop across the stack — frontend, backend, and DevOps — shipping clean, maintainable code.
• Partner with QC and PM on quality assurance to ensure robust releases.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute across multiple concurrent projects.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of full-stack experience (frontend + backend).
• Solid backend skills in Python (other languages welcome — Go, Rust, Java, PHP — if you're open to Python).
• Strong frontend in React or Vue.js.
• Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, plus REST/GraphQL API design.
• Comfortable in international remote/hybrid teams with strong English communication skills.
