In this pivotal role, you'll tackle a myriad of challenges as you build and optimize our full stack services, which power Hatch. You'll be immersed in Elixir, crafting scalable, maintainable, and efficient code. While Elixir will be your primary language, our integrated systems mean you might occasionally dive into other technologies or collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and operation. Your expertise in Elixir, together with your understanding of other backend languages, will be vital. The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount.
