About the role

As a Senior Architect, you will lead the foundational design and technical direction of an AI-driven property management ecosystem.

You will be responsible for establishing a robust development framework and defining the architectural standards before full-scale construction begins.

This high-impact role requires owning the technical blueprint to ensure scalability and performance for a complex, multi-tenant platform.

You will bridge the gap between initial concepts and a production-ready system, setting the technical stage for the engineering team’s future growth and success.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement a scalable AI-driven development framework to support core platform functionality.
• Establish the foundational architecture for a full-stack property management system.
• Define technical standards and best practices for front-end and back-end integration.
• Architect database schemas to ensure data integrity and performance for complex residential data.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools to automate concierge services and unified communication modules.
• Oversee the initial technical build-out to ensure alignment with the long-term product vision.
• Translate complex business requirements into high-level technical specifications and roadmaps.

• Extensive experience in software architecture or lead engineering roles within cloud-based environments.
