As we continue scaling, we are looking for a
Senior Sales Development Representative
to support our expansion in
European markets
while contributing to overall revenue growth.
Outbound Prospecting & Meeting Generation
- Proactively identify, research, and engage target accounts and buyer personas within our ICP. Ability to connect business problems to commercial value in early conversations.
- Execute highly personalized outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with the clear objective of booking qualified meetings for Account Executives.
- Act as the first commercial touchpoint, creating enough value and credibility to secure senior-level conversations.
Qualification & Handover
- Qualify prospects based on agreed criteria (pain, relevance, context, timing).
- Ensure clean and structured handover to AEs, including context, hypotheses, and meeting objectives.
Execution Excellence
- Own personal activity metrics and outcomes (meetings booked, show rate, conversion to SQL). Strong ownership mindset: treats pipeline quality as seriously as quantity.
- Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to ensure visibility and learning across the GTM team.
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, sequences, and targeting based on performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with AEs to align on target accounts, personas, and meeting quality expectations.
- Partner with Marketing and Enablement to provide feedback on messaging, campaigns, and outbound effectiveness.
Market & Event Exposure
- Participate in selected industry events, trade shows, and field marketing initiatives across Europe.
- Support pre- and post-event outreach to maximize pipeline impact.
- Represent Nextail professionally as an early commercial touchpoint with the market
Requirements
Experience & Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales development (SDR / BDR), ideally within B2B SaaS or complex sales environments.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding meeting-booking targets.
- Comfortable qualifying prospects and conversations using frameworks such as MEDDPICC (or similar), at least to assess pain, relevance, and meeting readiness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) and disciplined activity tracking.
Languages
- Full professional proficiency in English (company language).
- Fluency or native level in one additional European language (Italian, French, or German).
Nice to Have
- Exposure to fashion retail, merchandising, supply chain, or data/AI-driven solutions.
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-market accounts across Europe.
- Experience with AI tools for outbound a plus.
