Job Summary We’re looking for a driven, ambitious Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of business development in the Robotics / Warehouse / Logistics and Automotive / Manufacturing verticals. You’ll be at the front line of securing pre-sales, commercial agreements, strategic partnerships, and pre-orders for our robots.

This is a high-impact role for someone hungry to grow quickly, hit ambitious targets, and accelerate their career in robotics and automation.

What You’ll Do

• Execute aggressive sales strategies targeting Warehouse / Logistics and Automotive / Manufacturing clients.
• Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation → pitching → negotiation → contract closure.
• Secure pre-sales, commercial agreements, and strategic partnerships for robots still in development.
• Develop and deliver compelling business cases & ROI analyses for potential customers.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
• Partner with product & engineering to align solutions with customer needs.
• Track market trends and competitor activity to refine go-to-market approaches.

We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Background in robotics, automation, or advanced manufacturing technologies.
• 3-5 years’ experience in business development in Robotics/Warehouse/Logistics or Automotive/Manufacturing.
• Demonstrated success in reaching or exceeding sales targets, especially with complex or technical products.
• Strong network in the relevant industries and a track record of securing strategic partnerships.
