We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Executive to execute B2B sales activities for our enterprise software products, technology solutions, IT managed services and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong client engagement skills, product knowledge, and proven ability to achieve individual sales targets through effective prospecting, relationship building, and deal execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Prospecting & Engagement:
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking events, Linkedin outreach, and referral generation.
- Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations for software solutions including HRMS, Inventory Management, Finance Systems, ERP, CRM, POS applications, IT managed services, and AMC packages.
- Perform initial requirement gathering and needs assessment to understand client business challenges and software requirements.
Sales Execution & Deal Closure:
- Prepare product quotations, commercial proposals, and sales agreements for software licenses, IT managed services, AMC packages, and technology solutions.
- Execute full sales cycle activities from initial contact through negotiation to contract signing and payment collection.
- Follow up on leads, proposals, and pending deals to ensure timely closure and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunity stages in CRM system.
- Update daily call logs, meeting notes, and pipeline status to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Address client inquiries and coordinate with support teams to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline.
- 8-10 years' experience in B2B software sales, Saas product sales or technology solution sales.
- Good understanding of enterprise software products including HRMS, ERP, CRM, POS, inventory management systems, IT managed services, and AMC service models.
- Proven ability to achieve individual sales targets and deliver consistent sales results.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with client-facing confidence.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and
- Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
