Senior Sales Executive

What You’ll Do
- Drive Strategic Growth:
Identify and capture new business opportunities within the mining and construction sectors, moving beyond lead generation to strategic market positioning.
- Full-Cycle Execution:
Take full ownership of the sales process, from initial discovery and technical demos to high-level negotiations and final contract execution.
- Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with Tier 1/2 firms, OEMs, and industrial distributors, acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and site leadership.
Who You Are

You possess the "entrepreneurial DNA" to build a territory from scratch and the grit to close complex, high-value deals.
- Industry Expert:
You have deep-rooted experience in the mining or heavy construction space. You know the stakeholders, the procurement cycles, and the safety regulations that drive demand.

You don't need a roadmap—you prefer to draw it. You are highly disciplined, whether working from our

Qualifications
- 5+ years
of experience in Sales and Business Development, specifically within heavy industry, mining, or construction technology.
- A documented track record of meeting and exceeding million dollar plus annual sales quotas.
- Strong existing network within the industrial, mining, or heavy equipment sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder RFP processes.
- Ability to travel frequently to job sites, mines, and industry conferences across North America.
