Commercial Robotics | Enterprise Accounts & Channel Growth

Automaate is building the future of commercial service robotics in Australia.
We supply autonomous robotic solutions for commercial cleaning, delivery and facility operations, helping organisations improve consistency, reduce labour pressure and modernise how routine work gets done.
With a broader vision to bring cutting-edge robotics into a wider range of commercial applications, including advanced platforms such as humanoids, drones and robotic dogs, we are now looking to expand our team.
We are now looking for a senior sales professional to lead front-end revenue growth. We need a proven closer who can convert qualified opportunities, open major enterprise doors, and build a stronger national channel partner network.
We have strong market interest and active leads. What we need is someone who knows how to turn opportunity into revenue.
The role
This role is focused on these four outcomes:
1. Close deals
Take qualified prospects through the full sales cycle and convert them into customers.
2. Win larger accounts
Build and progress strategic opportunities with major multi-site operators, including enterprise and national accounts.
3. Improve channel quality
Identify, recruit and grow capable channel partners with real commercial reach.
4. Mentor and grow the existing sales team
Provide leadership, coaching and commercial direction to the existing sales team to lift capability, improve conversion and strengthen overall sales performance.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can sell directly, navigate larger buying groups, build a commercially valuable partner network, and help elevate overall sales performance.
What you’ll be responsible for
What we are looking for
You are a commercially strong salesperson who has sold into serious operators before. You know how to manage sales cycles, deal with multiple stakeholders, and keep momentum through to close.
You are comfortable selling value, not just product features. You know how to qualify properly, handle objections, and move a deal forward.
You have the judgment to distinguish between a genuine channel partner opportunity and one unlikely to deliver real commercial value.
