WNTD is scaling fast — building the teams behind the infrastructure powering AI.

We partner with global compute providers, data centre developers, and next-generation cloud platforms enabling large-scale AI and GPU workloads.

Now we’re looking for a Senior 360 Recruiter or Partner-level operator to help lead our expansion in the Middle East — owning client development, delivery, and growth in a region fast becoming a global hub for AI infrastructure.

This is not an internal delivery role. It’s a builder position — commercial, strategic, and autonomous — designed for someone who wants to grow a practice, lead client relationships, and shape how WNTD lands in Dubai and beyond.

What You’ll Be Doing

Building and leading your own client portfolio across AI, GPU, and cloud infrastructure
Developing partnerships with hyperscalers, GPUaaS providers, and data centre investors
Running full-cycle recruitment — from business development to placement
Driving retained and project-based solutions (WNTD as a Service / SoW)
Building local market intelligence and spotting new opportunities across MENA
Working directly with WNTD leadership to define growth strategy and regional structure
