As a Senior Quant Researcher at Menos AI, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge AI solutions for the asset management industry. Responsibilities
- Factor Framework (Core):
Design, build, and own a scalable factor research framework for equity and across asset classes, including factor libraries and end-to-end pipelines for construction, analysis, and lifecycle management. Conduct rigorous backtesting, assessing performance, stability, interactions, and robustness across regimes and markets while structuring insights into reusable knowledge.
- Portfolio & Risk Integration:
Translate factor exposures into portfolio and risk insights, supporting attribution, scenario analysis, and practical investment workflows.
- AI-Enhanced Research (Plus):
Leverage Agentic AI to automate research workflows, transform unstructured data into structured signals, and build a persistent research knowledge layer.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Math, Financial Engineering, statistics, econ, or related fields.
- 5–10 yearsof experience in quantitative research or quant development.
- Strong experience in: 1. Factor modeling & alpha research 2. Portfolio construction / optimization
- Strong programming skills with solid foundations in statistics and data analysis
- Deep understanding of financial markets, instruments, and indexes and benchmarks.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Strong ownership mentality with an entrepreneurial spirit, willing to take initiative, operate with urgency, and consistently drive projects to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD or advanced degree in Math, Financial Engineering, statistics, econ, etc.
- Experience withAgentic AI / LLM-based systemsapplied to financial workflow.
- Experience withGPU computing / NVIDIA CUDAor high-performance computing environment.
- Exposure to large-scale data processing and distributed systems
