About Hyperbound Hyperbound (YC S23) is building the Sales Performance OS , a new category of sales-tech that gives enterprise sales orgs an unfair advantage by observing, measuring, and scaling top-performer behaviors. This category is inevitable: within 5 years, every sales org will run on a system like this.\ \ We just raised our $15M Series A and closed $1M+ in new ARR two months in a row. We’re scaling from 15 → 30+ teammates this year, and you’ll be joining right before liftoff.
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to build Hyperbound’s QA function from the ground up—owning strategy, automation, and execution. This is a 0→1 role: you’ll set the framework for functional, performance, and compliance testing, scale automation across our stack, and ensure our processes are safe, reliable, and high-performing. You will also embed QA into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, enterprise-grade releases.
