If you’re excited to help shape the future of healthcare, we’d love to meet you. We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to own the quality of our product across manual and automated testing. As our first QA hire, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing a QA strategy that supports our rapid development without compromising reliability. You'll collaborate directly with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure we ship high-quality software, fast. * Own and evolve our end-to-end QA strategy (manual + automation) * Design and execute test plans for new features, regression, and exploratory testing * Identify, document, and help triage bugs across web apps, APIs, and backend systems. * Partner with engineering to build and maintain automated test suites (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, or similar) * Set up and manage test environments and CI test pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions). * Introduce QA best practices that scale with our team and product surface -------------------------- * 5-8+ years of experience in QA roles, ideally in high-growth SaaS environments * Strong skills in manual testing and test plan design. * Experience writing automated tests (e.g., end-to-end, UI, or API tests * Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and test infrastructure. * Clear owner mindset, concise communicator—comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced team. * Experience with healthcare, compliance-sensitive systems, or structured documents (PDFs, HL7, FHIR, etc.) a plus. * Ideally located in the Bay Area and able to commute into downtown San Francisco, Monday/Wednesday ----------------- * Great benefits include unlimited PTO, health insurance, meal stipend, health & wellness stipend, team offsites, 401K matching, and stock options * Join an all-star team with direct access to executive leadership * Opportunities to further develop and refine your partnership acumen by partnering with our seasoned leaders
