The Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of high-quality technical and commercial proposals in response to RFI/RFQ/RFPs from customers, primarily OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers. The role requires strong collaboration across engineering, sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure proposals are compliant, competitive, and aligned with company strategy.

Manage the end-to-end proposal process from opportunity identification to final submission.
Analyze RFI/RFQ/RFP documents to understand customer requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, procurement, finance, and operations) to gather technical and cost inputs.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
Develop and maintain standard proposal templates, pricing models, and documentation.
Ensure proposals align with company capabilities, commercial policies, and strategic goals.
Track proposal status, maintain records, and generate regular reports for management review.
Lead internal review meetings and manage proposal timelines and version control.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of automotive / ADAS / embedded systems (or relevant technical domain).
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
Ability to interpret complex RFP/RFQ requirements.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation management skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electronics / Automotive) or related field.
MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
5–10 years of experience in proposal management, bid management, or pre-sales within the automotive, engineering, or technology domain.
Experience in handling OEM or Tier-1 customer proposals is highly desirable.
