We are looking for a Senior Project Manager / Delivery Head who can take ownership of end-to-end project management, delivery coordination, and basic quality checks to ensure smooth delivery of projects to our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Manage multiple AI, Software, web and mobile application development projects simultaneously.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients.
• Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and project tracking.

Delivery Management

• Ensure end-to-end delivery of projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Maintain clear communication with international clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within defined quality standards.
• Manage risks, delays, and client expectations effectively.

Quality Oversight

• Perform basic quality checks before sending builds to clients.
• Coordinate with QA teams for testing and bug tracking.
• Ensure deliverables meet project requirements and standards.

Client Communication

• Conduct client meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for development teams.
• Maintain professional documentation and reporting.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software project management.
• Experience managing mobile app and web development projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum project management practices.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in IT service companies or software development agencies.
• Exposure to international client communication.
• Understanding of software QA processes and release management.
