Many of our team members call the Bay Area home, but this role is fully remote across North America.
About The Role As a Senior Program Manager - Workforce Planning at Fluxon, you’ll be leading the efforts to make sure we have the right people, in the right places, at the right time. You’ll be the strategic driving force of our staffing and forecasting efforts across all roles at Fluxon and you will partner closely with executives, leadership, finance, and talent teams.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a highly ambiguous environment with an ability to lead, organize, and drive a highly cross-functional team while driving operational efficiencies. This role will report into our Program Management team.

What We Offer Our salary range for this role is $120,000 - $160,000 CAD per year, and we consider your skills and experience and what similar roles pay at companies similar to us when determining your offer.
