Delivering AI-ready infrastructure requires precise coordination across construction, power, cooling, networking, hardware deployment, and customer validation. We are looking for experienced program leaders who can drive end-to-end site execution across our growing US footprint.
The Role
We are hiring a
Senior Program Manager
to lead end-to-end delivery of US-based data center sites supporting GPU cluster deployments.
You will manage the full lifecycle of site delivery—from early construction coordination and facility readiness through GPU cluster deployment, customer acceptance testing, and formal handoff.
This is a highly cross-functional execution role requiring strong technical fluency, structured program leadership, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Site Ownership
- Lead program management for individual US data center site builds and expansions.
- Drive execution from construction phase through infrastructure readiness and GPU cluster production handoff.
- Own schedule, scope, budget tracking, and milestone accountability.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Partner Closely With
- General contractors and construction managers
- Facilities and commissioning teams (power, cooling, mechanical, electrical)
- Network engineering (backend fabrics and customer connectivity)
- Hardware deployment and cluster bringup teams
- Customer technical stakeholders
Ensure interdependencies are proactively managed and risks are mitigated early.
Customer Readiness & Acceptance
- Translate customer infrastructure requirements into delivery checkpoints.
- Coordinate cluster readiness reviews and performance validation milestones.
- Lead formal customer acceptance and operational handoff processes.
Risk & Change Management
- Identify schedule, permitting, supply chain, and technical risks.
- Drive mitigation strategies and executive escalation when required.
- Manage scope changes without compromising delivery integrity.
Reporting & Governance
- Maintain program dashboards and executive-level reporting.
- Track vendor performance and budget alignment.
- Ensure complete documentation for operational turnover.
Required
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of experience in infrastructure program management, data center delivery, or large-scale construction environments.
- Experience delivering mission-critical technical infrastructure projects.
- Working knowledge of US data center construction, commissioning, and compliance processes.
- Experience coordinating multiple technical disciplines.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to US data center sites as required.
Preferred
- Experience delivering GPU, HPC, or AI infrastructure.
- Familiarity with high-density power and liquid or advanced cooling environments.
- Experience working with hyperscalers or enterprise cloud customers.
- PMP or equivalent certification.

- US data center sites are delivered on time and aligned with technical specifications.
- GPU clusters meet performance and readiness requirements prior to customer handoff.
- Risks are proactively managed across construction and infrastructure phases.
- Delivery processes scale as Nscale expands its US footprint.
