About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager (Forward Deployment) who thrives at the intersection of product, operation, customer success, and engineering. You will work directly with customers to understand their workflows, identify key automation opportunities, and translate their operational needs into scalable product capabilities on Youlify’s core AI platform. This role blends strategic deployment and product ownership: you’ll be the bridge between customers and our engineering teams - mapping real-world healthcare operations into powerful AI-driven workflows. You’ll own the product onboarding journey, ensure successful customer adoption, and drive expansion into new AI agent capabilities.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the customer’s voice: Deeply understand customer workflows, logic, and needs in medical billing and healthcare operations.
• Translate needs into product: Convert customer requirements into clear product specs that guide engineering and expand Youlify’s AI Agent capabilities.
• Lead forward deployments: Drive successful onboarding and implementation of Youlify’s platform for new customers, ensuring rapid adoption and measurable impact.
• Bridge product and engineering: Collaborate with engineers to design, test, and deploy agentic workflows and automations tailored to customer use cases.
• Drive continuous improvement: Gather feedback from deployments to refine platform capabilities, improve usability, and identify new product opportunities.
• Document with clarity: Create comprehensive specifications, process maps, and deployment documentation that ensure repeatability and scalability.
• Partner cross-functionally: Work closely with Operations, Customer Success, and AI Engineering teams to ensure every new feature or deployment delivers end-to-end value.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or deployment experience in SaaS, healthtech, or operations-focused platforms.
• Proven success in customer-facing product or implementation roles (e.g., forward deployment, solutions engineering, or product implementation).
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, medical billing, or RCM workflows.
• Experience building or managing AI products. Familiar with vibe coding and general AI capabilities.
• Exceptional ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into scalable systems and logic.
• Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to align technical and non-technical teams.
• Preferred: Experience in operationally heavy platforms (e.g., logistics, delivery, healthcare operations, or enterprise service delivery).
