What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in product, engineering, or technical leadership.
Shipped AI/LLM products - not just "interested in AI".
Technical understanding - you can go deep with engineers (coding experience is a plus).
Data fluency - you find insights and prioritize based on evidence.

Salary range : €5,000–8,000/month gross, depending on experience.
