Since 2015, we've developed the industry's only AI-enabled MES platform purpose-built for Life Sciences, combining MES, IIoT, and Pharma 4.0 capabilities into a single, modern system used across pharma sites globally.

About the role

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own one of the product lines on our MES platform. You'll work on the software that pharmaceutical manufacturers rely on every day to produce medicines safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulators.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor product role. You will personally write specs, run backlog refinement, sit with engineering, demo the product, and join customer implementations.

You will operate across four dimensions:

Hands-on product ownership
- Drive the roadmap for your modules, write detailed requirements, prioritize the backlog, and work hands-on with engineering through sprint cycles

What you'll do day-to-day

Own the product backlog and contribute to the roadmap for your modules
Write and maintain product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria) aligned with GAMP5 methodology
Prioritize based on customer feedback, market trends, competitive positioning, and business impact
Collaborate with engineering leads during sprint planning, refinement, and delivery
Join customer implementations to ensure successful go-lives and gather first-hand product insights
Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
Coordinate with PMs of adjacent modules to ensure consistency and integration across the platform

What we're looking for

7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS as an individual contributor
Track record of personally owning a product or product area from discovery through delivery in an Agile environment
Strong recent experience writing clear product requirements and translating complex domain problems into software solutions
Comfortable presenting to and engaging with customer stakeholders, including senior ones
Familiarity with complex products and integration patterns (e.g. ERP, MES, or similar enterprise systems)
Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features in a product context
Experience in a scale-up or growth-stage SaaS company

Nice to have

Experience with MES or similar industrial/operational software
Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes (GMP workflows, shop floor operations, machine connectivity)
Familiarity with regulatory requirements: 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, data integrity (ALCOA+)
Exposure to AI/ML applications in manufacturing
