Naaia provides an AI Risk Management platform, empowering global enterprises to innovate with confidence. By transforming complex compliance and security requirements into strategic performance levers, we enable CIOs and CISOs to deploy trustworthy and robust AI systems at scale.

Role Mission

As our first Product Manager, you will bridge the gap between vision and execution. You will take ownership of the "How" and the "When," transforming high-level strategic goals into meticulous functional specifications and a reliable roadmap. Your goal is to professionalize our delivery process to meet the high standards of our Enterprise clients (CIOs, CISOs, CDOs).

Your Responsibilities

Process Architecture: Evaluate and refine our current Agile workflows to improve forecast accuracy and ensure on-time delivery.
Functional Ownership: Translate business requirements from the CEO and CSMO into clear, actionable functional specifications for the engineering team.
Cross-Functional Sync: Act as the "glue" between the C-suite (Strategy), CSMO (Market Feedback), and CTO (Execution) to ensure 100% alignment.
Maintain a transparent, prioritized roadmap that balances immediate Enterprise client needs with long-term product scalability.

Profile Requirements

Experience: 4-7 years in Product Management, specifically within a fast-growing B2B SaaS or Tech startup.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in AI or Cybersecurity is a plus. You must be comfortable discussing Risk Management and Governance with high-level Enterprise stakeholders.
The "Builder" Mindset: You have previously seen a company scale and know what "good" looks like, but you are excited to roll up your sleeves and build the templates and processes yourself.
