Meet the team! The Platform Tribe at Preply brings together teams responsible for the internal foundations that enable engineers to build, deploy, and operate Preply reliably and at scale. Today, we have around 200 engineers at Preply, with plans to grow the team by another 100 engineers this year, making the Platform Tribe a critical enabler of our next phase of growth.
As the first Platform Product Manager, you will own internal platform products that reduce developer friction, improve reliability, and increase delivery speed while bringing a product mindset to platform capabilities.
The role focuses on defining and evolving paved paths used by engineering teams, translating engineering constraints into clear product decisions, and measuring and reducing developer friction. You will also drive the adoption of platform capabilities and navigate hard trade-offs between flexibility and standardization.
