The Role RESONIKS is expanding rapidly, and we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our acoustic-based NDT product ecosystem. You will define product strategy, collaborate with the engineering and data teams, and help translate customer needs into high-impact features.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, execution, and rollout.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, hardware, and sales teams.
• Prioritize features based on customer value, technical feasibility, and business goals.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis within the manufacturing and NDT space.
• Work with enterprise clients to understand their operational challenges.
• Lead product documentation, feature validation, and cross-team communication.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous product improvement.

Requirements And Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in technology, industrial automation, NDT, machine learning, or manufacturing systems.
• Strong technical background degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering, or similar.
• Experience working with hardware/software integrated products is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex tech into clear customer value.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication in English, Finnish and German is an added advantage.
