Product Manager β Data & AI
.
Your mission: maximize product value generated through data and AI use cases by bridging business needs, product vision, and technical capabilities.
π» Your Role
As a Product Manager β Data & AI, you are the guardian of the Data strategy.
You transform complex challenges (data quality, automation, enrichment, LLMs, performance) into usable, scalable, value-driven products.
You are not responsible for the technical implementation, but you are at the heart of key structural decisions, working closely with the R&D Manager.
Your Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and drive the product vision for data and AI platforms.
- Identify opportunities to leverage data and LLM use cases to address business challenges.
- Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with the overall company strategy.
- Discovery & Needs Framing
- Gather and analyze user needs (business teams, Data Science, IT).
- Translate challenges into use cases, user journeys, and user stories.
- Assess business value, user impact, and technical feasibility for each initiative.
- Close Collaboration with the R&D / Data Engineering Manager
Work closely with the R&D Manager to:
- Align product vision with data architecture (ETL/ELT pipelines, models, data quality).
- Prioritize between innovation (LLMs, automation), technical debt, and business requests.
- Define product standards related to data: reliability, freshness, traceability, usability.
- Contribute to key architectural and scalability decisions.
- Delivery & Value Tracking
- Write functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
- Support R&D teams throughout delivery.
- Ensure releases meet product expectations and real user needs.
- Define and monitor product KPIs: adoption, perceived quality, performance, business impact.
- AI & Product Innovation
- Identify and prioritize LLM-based use cases within data transformation, enrichment, or exploitation processes.
- Work with Data & R&D teams to turn technological advances into concrete product features.
- Contribute to product and AI trend monitoring.
- Communication & Enablement
- Act as a bridge between technical and business teams, simplifying complex data topics.
- Contribute to product documentation and vision sharing.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
- Influence key decisions and prioritization.
π§ Profile & Experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Product Management, ideally on data products, platforms, or SaaS software.
- Proven experience working with Data Engineering and/or Software Engineering teams.

- Strong understanding of data-related topics:
- ETL/ELT pipelines
- Data transformation and quality
- Unstructured data
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
