Job Description About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our data analytics offering. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in product management within a tech-driven environment, and a passion for solving complex problems using data.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to define and execute the product strategy. Experience or exposure to trade finance, compliance, anti-money laundering (AML), or related financial domains is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic roadmap for our data analytics offering, aligning with company goals and market needs.
• Drive customer discovery and market research to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
• Use data to inform product decisions, measure success, and continuously optimize the product experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear product specifications.
• Stay ahead of regulatory and industry trends in fintech, ensuring our products remain compliant and competitive.
• Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Communicate product vision and updates effectively across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
• Familiarity with trade finance, compliance, AML, or related financial services is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of delivering successful data or analytics products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Figma, etc.).
• Ability to think strategically while managing tactical execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with data science or machine learning teams.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks in fintech.
• Technical background or familiarity with data infrastructure and APIs.
