Position Overview: As an AI Senior Product Manager at Diligent, you will own your product roadmap and drive innovative AI-powered solutions in the right direction by identifying market and customer needs and opportunities. You will be in direct contact with our customers to understand their requirements, translate them into intelligent product features, and bring in market insights and data to shape our AI strategy.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the right vision is achieved for each solution, leveraging artificial intelligence to deliver measurable impact. This is a highly cross-functional role, working with developers, data scientists, UX designers, and business teams to deliver responsible, scalable AI solutions on the Diligent Platform.

Key Responsibilities

Required Experience/Skills:

• 4+ years’ experience in a product management role, including predominantly SaaS product experience in more recent years
• Experience working with AI-powered products or integrating AI capabilities into SaaS solutions is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong business acumen.
• 1-3 years domain and market expertise
• Demonstrate experience in writing technical and functional requirements.
• Demonstrate experience interacting directly with stakeholders at all levels of the business.
