In this role, you’ll play a leadership role in driving scalability of the business by introducing the latest in GPT/LLM technology to drive automation and scalability. We’re looking for a systems-minded Product Manager to lead the design, development, and adoption of tools that power the core operations of Axion Ray. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Ops, and Solutions teams — identifying inefficiencies, building automation-first knowledge solutions, and enabling the company to scale. You’ll work hands-on with stakeholders to turn friction points into elegant workflows by overseeing and creating internal tooling, purchasing supporting tools, and champion a culture of operational excellence through smart tooling. * Own the strategy and execution for internal tools, AI, and automation across departments (e.g., Sales Ops, CS, People, Finance) * Partner with business stakeholders to understand manual processes and translate them into scalable solutions * Define and prioritize the internal tools roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional leads * Perform Build vs Buy analyses for tooling and create business cases for ROI * Conduct process analysis to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for automation or optimization * Build lightweight, no-code tools (e.g., Airtable, Retool, Zapier, n8n, GPT, internal APIs) * Own end-to-end delivery: from user discovery, requirements, building,, and post-launch adoption * Drive internal adoption and training to ensure your tools are used and valuable * Track impact of tools via metrics like time saved, error reduction, and cost optimization * 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on internal tools or business systems * Strong understanding of operational processes across GTM, Finance, HR, or Support * Experience conducting process analysis to inform system design, tool selection, and automation opportunities * Comfortable working with low-code tools (e.g., Retool, Zapier, Airtable, Workato,n8n) and coordinating with engineers on custom tooling * Excellent problem-solving skills; thrives on process improvement and system design * Strong communicator and collaborator — able to work across technical and non-technical teams * Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-moving environment * Experience working with internal platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Netsuite, Workday, HubSpot) * Background in business operations, consulting, or systems implementation * Light scripting or data skills (Python, JS) * Join a cutting-edge tech company at the forefront of AI technology. * Contribute to strategic direction and success of key product areas, with the opportunity to scale your impact as the company grows. * Work alongside talented professionals who are passionate about technology and innovation. * Attractive salary, equity, health insurance, 401k, and more. * Hybrid work model with flexible scheduling.
