Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer software, marketplaces, fintech, or SaaS environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design and own the roadmap for tutor incentive programs, including reward tiers, monetary bonuses, and behavior-linked recognition systems.
• Run A/B test economic models and UX flows that nudge tutors toward high-impact behaviors.
• Work closely with engineering to design, build, and launch scalable features from backend logic to frontend merchandising.
• Define how incentives are communicated across the tutor experience and ensure clarity and motivation.
• Collaborate with operations, CX, growth, and marketplace teams to align incentive programs with overall tutor strategy.
• Build the KPIs that matter: performance uplift, program participation, tutor retention, and downstream student outcomes.
