We are looking for a self-motivated to be located in Vietnam. Have excellent consumer or enterprise board level product engineering and manufacturing knowledge/experience. To help in supporting the fast-growing NV product manufacturing globally. - Responsible for product engineering and failure analysis on NVIDIA Jetson, GeForce, Quadro and Tesla product in terms of smooth product transfer across different CM site globally. - Establish, train and bring up and promote CM's engineering capability fulfill with NVIDIA's requirements - Lead manufacturing continuous improvement and preventions for engineering related issue - Define the yield handling, aging, event alert, and OCAP and leading for DOE to solve bugs for solutions - Identify and address recurring or long-standing manufacturing issues through comprehensive root cause analysis. - Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve persistent production problems. - Facilitate problem-solving sessions and workshops to gather cross-functional input and develop effective solutions. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary to ensure long-term success. - Provide expert guidance and support to teams dealing with complex manufacturing challenges. - Conduct detailed failure analysis for board-level components to determine the root cause of defects and performance issues. - BS or MS in EE, CE, Systems Engineering or Engineering Science/Physics - 5+ years’ experience in backend product manufacturing experiences of consumer or enterprise board level product - Proven experience in manufacturing continuous improvement, particularly at the board level. - Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective leadership and project management abilities. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated expertise in board-level failure analysis and troubleshooting. - Experience with board-level manufacturing processes and technologies. - Advanced knowledge in failure analysis methodologies and tools. - Proven track record of resolving complex manufacturing issues and implementing robust corrective actions. - Familiarity with industry standards and technological advancements related to board-level manufacturing and failure analysis.
