Role Overview:

OFI Services is seeking a skilled Senior Celonis Consultant to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Process Mining, Automation, and robotic process automation (RPA) to drive process optimisation and digital transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Mining & Analysis: Develop and implement Celonis Process Mining solutions, including data extraction, transformation, and visualisation, to uncover process inefficiencies and identify improvement opportunities.
Automation & RPA Integration: Automate workflows using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Python. Support RPA initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
ETL Pipeline Optimization: Build and optimise ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity while handling large datasets from enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Celonis.
Performance Tuning: Optimise SQL queries and troubleshoot Celonis data pipelines to enhance performance and reliability.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 5–6 years in Data Engineering, Process Mining, or automation.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Celonis EMS and PQL. Strong knowledge of SQL and Python. Experience with ETL development and integration with enterprise applications.
RPA Tools: Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
Enterprise Systems Integration: Experience integrating with systems like SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Communication: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience on OCPM implementations.
