The Role
Black Semiconductor GmbH is currently looking for an experienced
Senior Process and Equipment Engineer - ALD (f/m/d).
This role is essential for developing and implementing new production processes, contributing to the innovation and efficiency of semiconductor manufacturing
In this role you will design, optimize and develop ALD, dielectric and metal deposition processes, directly enhancing our semiconductor manufacturing capabilities
To join our team, you should be excited to
- Design, develop, and optimize ALD, dielectric, and metal deposition processes to meet specific performance and yield targets
- Provide technical expertise in the operation and troubleshooting of deposition equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing process efficiency
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including equipment engineers and process technicians, to implement improvements and upgrades to deposition systems
- Conduct process qualification and characterization, analyzing data to ensure processes are robust and repeatable, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation related to process recipes, parameters, and equipment performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in process engineering, with a focus on ALD, dielectric, or metal deposition
