About the Role

Job Title: Senior Platform Engineer
Department: Engineering
Location: Budapest
Remote Status: Hybrid
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain our infrastructure.
• Maintain and develop the core video generation component responsible for delivering video using AI.
• Collaborate with the research team to integrate cutting-edge AI technology into our product.
• Participate in architectural decisions that impact the future directions of our infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our business, products, and customer needs, improving our architecture accordingly.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Cloud / DevOps / Platform Engineer or in a related position.
• Proficient in at least one popular programming language (Go and Python preferred).
• Knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and services (primarily EKS, IAM, S3).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with GitOps practices (Flux).
• Experience in maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
