The Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to support the delivery of Nscale’s hyperscale data centre construction developments. You will take ownership of planning, scheduling, and progress reporting across complex DC projects, often in excess of 200MW.

This role provides a high level of autonomy, with responsibility for managing your own workload, maintaining accurate project programmes, producing high-quality reports, and proactively identifying and resolving schedule risks. You will interface closely with General Contractors (GCs), designers, MEP contractors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring programmes are robust, realistic, and aligned with Nscale’s delivery objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Who You Are

• A Senior Planning / Scheduling professional with ??+ years relevant experience and of a level where you are able to work independently
• Strong understanding of data centre construction sequencing, MEP integration, and commissioning logic.
• Extensive hands-on experience using the likes of Primavera P6 and Asta Powerproject.
• Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to interrogate contractor programmes and challenge logic, sequencing, and durations.
• Excellent analysis, reporting and communication skills, with the ability to present complex programme data clearly.
