Liom makes a wearable that provides continuous, non-invasive glucose and health metric monitoring to help users track metabolic trends and receive predictive alerts. The device combines optical spectroscopy and photonic integrated circuits with mixed-signal CMOS, micro/nano-optics and microfluidic sensing, and applies machine learning and biomedical informatics to convert light-based signals into precision glucose readings without piercing the skin. Liom is a medical-grade wearable (B2C with medical-user applications) designed for consumers and clinical users who need continuous metabolic insights. The company emphasizes real-time signal fusion across metabolic, cardiovascular, sleep, fitness, and mental-health metrics and cites ISO 13485 certification and peer-reviewed clinical validation as technical milestones.
