Senior Operations Engineer

Overview
A leading fabless semiconductor company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Engineer. The successful candidate will oversee productisation and production activities, develop and maintain qualification processes, and implement lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Develop test strategies and plans to ensure high coverage while meeting test time and quality targets
Select vendors for productisation (ATE, load boards) and reliability qualification (HTOL, HAST, ESD/LU, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges
Ensure compliance with quality standards and industry regulations
Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams to ensure material availability
Monitor production data to improve yield, defect rates, and efficiency
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives
Develop and maintain KPIs for operational performance
Perform production planning and supplier coordination
Manage RMA processes and reporting
Maintain QMS documentation and ensure ISO compliance
Conduct internal and supplier audits
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor operations engineering
Strong experience in productisation and qualification processes
Knowledge of semiconductor industry practices
Fluent English
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Structured and rigorous engineering approach
