• 7+ Years of Experience: Proven success in full-cycle recruiting for diverse non-technical functions within high-growth tech environments
• Greenhouse Power User: You are an expert in Greenhouse ATS; you don't need training on how to move candidates, pull reports, or manage stages
• Versatility: You are comfortable pivoting between a Finance search one hour and a Creative or Legal search the next
• Execution Focus: You have a track record of "hitting the ground running" in fast-paced, ambiguous, or AI-driven environments
• Stakeholder Mastery: Strong ability to influence hiring managers and lead offer negotiations at all levels, including leadership
• Experience recruiting across multiple global geographies and time zones
• A background in scaling teams during periods of rapid organizational change

What the job involves

• We are looking for a seasoned Senior Recruiter to join us for a 6-month contract to lead hiring efforts across our entire non-technical landscape. From Finance and People to Marketing and Legal, you will be the engine driving our growth across all corporate and business functions
• We need a "plug-and-play" recruiter who is immediately available and ready to manage a high-volume, diverse req load from Day 1
• Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all non-technical organizations, including Finance, People, Legal, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
• Strategic Partnership: Act as a talent advisor to department heads and executives, providing market insights and role calibration to ensure we hire the right talent at speed
