We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes. Join us if you want to
About The Role We’re looking for a Senior React Native Engineer to join the Lenda team - our new brand in Mexico - building a new consumer credit card as part of our continued international growth.
You’ll join a small, cross-functional team with a startup mindset, operating within one of Europe’s most successful and profitable fintechs. Having recently launched in closed beta, we’re iterating quickly and refining the product as we prepare for a full public launch and continued growth in Mexico.
Your primary focus will be our React Native mobile application, delivering high-quality features and evolving a clean, scalable frontend codebase. You’ll collaborate closely with backend engineers to agree API behaviours through clear, documented contracts, contribute across the broader frontend surface area where needed, and partner with product stakeholders to deliver well-defined, high-impact improvements.
Our ideal engineer is detail-oriented and resourceful, writing thoughtful, maintainable code and approaching problems with pragmatism. You’re as interested in understanding the “why” behind a feature as you are in delivering the “how”.
