🚀 We’re hiring: Senior Mechatronics / Electronics Engineer

ALTO Robotics is developing next-generation robotic systems for industrial automation.

We are looking for a Senior Mechatronics / Electronics Engineer to take ownership of critical hardware and embedded system design as we move into product delivery and scaling.

🔧 What you will work on

• Design and development of electronic boards and embedded systems

• Motor control systems and sensor integration

• Definition of system architecture for robotic platforms

• Design and validation of wiring and electrical systems

• Support to certification processes (CE / Machinery Regulation)

• Coordination with external engineering partners and suppliers

🧩 What we are looking for

• Strong experience in electronic design (analog/digital)

• Experience with embedded systems and control boards

• Knowledge of motor control and sensor signal acquisition

• Experience in system-level design (hardware + integration)

• Hands-on approach and ownership mindset

• Ability to manage external partners and define effective make-or-buy trade-offs

➕ Nice to have

• Experience in robotics or automation systems

• Familiarity with CE / Machinery Directive and certification processes

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
