What Impact You Will Have
You will lead the design, analysis, and optimization of mechanical building systems for mission-critical facilities, including data centers, technical spaces, and high-performance infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for HVAC, hydronic systems, ventilation, piping, and mechanical utilities, ensuring designs meet performance, efficiency, safety, and code requirements.
This role reports to the Director of Engineering and supports both new construction and retrofit projects, from conceptual design through commissioning.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of MEP mechanical engineering experience, preferably in data centers, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, or other mission-critical environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC design, hydronic systems, air distribution, and mechanical utilities.
- Proficiency in MEP design tools and CAD platforms (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or similar) and engineering analysis software (e.g., Trace, HAP, CFD tools).
- Solid understanding of ASHRAE standards, mechanical codes, and MEP best practices.
- Experience with construction administration, field inspections, and commissioning.
