Key Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolution for medical device product failures and electromechanical issues.
• Perform hands-on evaluation, teardown, and testing of X-ray–based or imaging equipment and complex capital systems.
• Review, update, and improve electro-mechanical designs, assemblies, and components.
• Conduct PCB-level diagnostics, failure analysis, and electrical testing using scopes, meters, and related tools.
• Create, modify, and manage 3D models, mechanical drawings, and design documentation in SolidWorks .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong background in medical device , capital equipment , or high-reliability hardware industries.
• Hands-on experience with X-ray systems , imaging devices, or radiation-based equipment (highly preferred).
• Expertise in RCA , failure analysis, and systematic troubleshooting.
• Solid knowledge of PCB design , electrical schematics, and board-level testing.
