The Role
As our first Growth Engineer, you will own Eve's marketing website and build the data-driven infrastructure that powers our growth engine. You'll bridge engineering excellence and marketing innovation—creating automated systems that transform how we attract, engage, and convert prospects. This role is central to our GTM strategy, building the technical foundation for personalized, scalable, and measurable marketing operations.
What You Will Accomplish
What We Are Looking For
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in data engineering, web development, API development, and marketing automation
- Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL, with experience building scalable data pipelines and web applications
- Proficiency with AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents for content generation, data analysis, and process automation
- Proven track record developing automated data collection systems, including web scraping, API integrations, and real-time monitoring
- Experience with marketing technology stack integration (CRM, email platforms, analytics tools, advertising APIs)

- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to deliver user-friendly tools and dashboards

- Interest in the legal industry and understanding of how technology can transform traditional professional services
