Our growth is driving us to strengthen our Marketing team to structure, deploy, and evolve our multi-channel automated campaign architecture in a fast-scaling B2B environment where customer journey orchestration is a key strategic lever. Your mission will be to translate marketing and sales priorities into structured, measurable, and high-performing marketing automation strategies with a strong focus on ABM and lead nurturing, in order to ensure campaign consistency and efficiency at every funnel stage while accelerating business impact. You will be part of a team of 3 people, collaborating closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Marketing Campaign Specialist, and Senior Marketing Ops Manager, while aligning with Field Marketers, PMM, Content, and Sales teams. This team is focused on orchestrating complex B2B customer journeys, deploying advanced ABM strategies, and ensuring robust campaign governance within HubSpot and supporting tooling. YOUR DAILY ROUTINE : Tasks * Translate marketing and sales priorities into structured, scalable marketing automation strategies, with a focus on ABM and lead nurturing. * Draft functional specifications (workflows, triggers, segments, scoring, governance rules). * Collaborate closely with the Senior Marketing Ops Manager to deploy, test, and maintain advanced automated workflows in HubSpot. * Implement and monitor dashboards to analyze and optimize workflow performance. * Orchestrate ABM strategies with targeted content, multi-channel sequences, and prioritization logic in alignment with Sales. * Govern campaign orchestration, managing conflicts, prioritization, and documentation across active journeys. * Document and train teams on automation standards, ABM mechanics, and advanced campaign logic. * Analyze campaign performance (conversion, pipeline influence, cycle time) and recommend optimizations. * Support and coach Campaign Specialists on advanced multi-touch and nurturing logic.
