Position Overview
Our client is the Marketing team of a leading name in tech seeking a Senior Analytics Manager with experience in MMM and MTA. This person is responsible for paid media analytics, developing insights, optimizations, and developing reports. They will spend about 70% of their time developing reports and optimizations and the rest on MMM and MTA for retail. They will serve as the main point for capturing data from retail teams and communicating them with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage paid media analytics, insights, and reporting to support marketing objectives
Lead development of executive-friendly reports that communicate performance and progress against goals
Coordinate monthly retail media trackers across accounts
Deliver actionable insights across awareness, consideration, and conversion stages to improve acquisition and brand health
Automate reporting processes and integrate data into management decks
Visualize and interpret data through storytelling frameworks (SOV, Market Share, Paid Media Conversion, MMM/MTA)
Maintain a robust measurement framework to track ROI, traffic, and revenue
Collaborate with Paid Media teams and AORs to align product investments with business impact
Qualifications
8+ years in media analytics and insights (paid search, social, display, affiliate, eCommerce/CPG)
Proven experience implementing MMM and MTA measurement frameworks
Expertise in full-funnel media reporting and optimization
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

Background in large-scale corporate environments
