About the Role
TARGAN is seeking an experienced and results-driven
Sr. Manager, Global Sales & Marketing Operations
to strengthen and scale our international commercial operations. This hands-on role bridges global sales coordination with marketing execution — driving proposal development, PR campaigns, event management, and customer engagement across the U.S., EU, and LATAM.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in
poultry, agriculture, animal health, or agtech
and at least 10+ years of experience supporting global sales and marketing programs. You’ll combine operational precision with creative storytelling to deliver impactful communications and consistent customer experiences worldwide.

Oversee
global operations and partner engagement
with third-party suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Animal Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in
marketing, sales coordination, or commercial operations
, ideally in
poultry, agriculture, animal health, or agtech
.
Proven track record in
proposal management, PR campaign execution, and event planning
.
Deep understanding of
international markets
, especially in the U.S., EU, and LATAM.
Exceptional
writing, editing, and presentation
skills — able to turn technical content into clear, persuasive messaging.
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
, and marketing tools.
Strong
project management and organizational
abilities with attention to detail and deadlines.
Fluency in English
required;
