- Design and build the foundational architecture for RevOps Systems, ensuring alignment across CRM, sales automation, support, customer success, and marketing platforms. - Develop an integrated system strategy that promotes data transparency, accessibility, and consistency across the organization. - - Lead efforts to streamline, document, and standardize revenue-related processes to increase efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure a cohesive experience across the customer lifecycle. - Collaborate with stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, Support, Customer Success, and Finance to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, aligning processes with business goals and objectives. -
