The Opportunity
As our Data Scientist, you'll play a foundational role in driving data strategy and unlocking the intelligence within our rich customer interaction data. You'll transform raw conversation data into predictive models that power personalized coaching experiences, working cross-functionally to embed data-driven decision-making across the company and make a lasting impact on AI-powered customer transformation.
What You'll Be Doing π
- Conduct deep-dive analyses of customer interaction data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for improving customer interaction effectiveness and product strategies
- Develop and deploy machine learning models to analyze customer engagement, conversation quality, and optimize coaching experiences across chat, agent interactions, and product usage
What We're Looking For π€©
Essential:
- Proven experience as a senior ML engineer with extensive background in model training, fine-tuning, leading projects from ideation to launch
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data mining techniques using Python, SQL and R
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs), conversational AI, or agent-based systems
Bonus Points:
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and GCP, for large-scale data analysis and model deployment
- Background in conversation analytics, communication data, or natural language orΒ audio processing
- Startup or founding experience, especially building data science capabilities from zero to scale
- Familiarity with data wrangling and building ETL pipelines is a strong plus, though not a core requirement.
