We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join our Digital Agronomy team. Your mission: build the models that power our agronomic recommendations and crop disease predictions. You will have a direct impact on the product.

What you will do:

• Agronomic Recommendation Engine – Design, train and deploy the ML models at the core of our agronomic recommendation system (spray clock, dosage, intervention timing).
• Disease Prediction – Build crop disease prediction models from field, weather and satellite data.
• End-to-End Data Pipelines – Own robust data pipelines from collection through feature engineering, training, evaluation and monitoring.
• Domain Collaboration – Work closely with agronomists to translate field reality into reliable ML systems.
• Product Integration – Collaborate with Product and Backend teams to ship models into the user experience.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in ML / Data Science, with a proven track record of models in production.
• Python mastery (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow) and solid MLOps practices.
• Comfortable with AWS. Strong SQL skills.
• AI-native workflow – you actively use generative AI tools (LLMs, coding assistants, agents) in your daily work.
