• Knowledge of Naval Aviation Supply chain management to include retail and wholesale support.
• Knowledge of Supply interface in the development of Engineering Change Proposals, Technical Directives, and Kit management.
• Knowledge and use of DLA business analytic tool suite.
• Experience in the use of Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI to visualize results/metrics of MH-60 supply chain data analysis.
• Using Power Bi, develop additional fields/data for expansion of the FST DLA Forecasting model.
• Develop automated data analytic tools to perform data analysis and visualization of MH-60 product support performance metrics.

Location: Lexington Park, MD

Education: MS or MA Degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Management, Business or Engineering.

Allowable Substitution: Master’s degree may be substituted with 1.) Bachelor’s Degree plus four (4) additional years of work experience; or 2.) Ten (10) additional years of work experience.

Experience: At least ten (10) work years’ experience in product support management and integration or maintenance planning/operational. A minimum four (4) years of specific experience in technical analysis of product support acquisition requirements analysis as well as experience demonstrating ability to independently perform IPS studies, analysis, and evaluations in support of DoD weapons systems or equipment, both air vehicle and avionics.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
