Description: NSI requires a Senior Logistics Subject Matter Expert to support PMA PMA-299 APMLs, Deputy APMLs, and PSM. Collaborate closely with PMA-299 Readiness Cell, FST Cherry Point, and DLA Richmond to perform comprehensive MH-60 product support data analysis and integrate alternative process scenarios mandated by the Weapons Systems Program Management Office. Using results of product support analysis provide recommended strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and performance. Perform extensive research and data analysis to deliver detailed product support metrics for the MH-60 and the T700 engines. These analyses will spotlight performance trends/gaps and pinpoint areas requiring product support adjustment and enhancement. Coordinate with key stakeholders to conduct thorough research and formulate responses for proposed/fielded Engineering Change Proposals and technical directives. Provide consistent data outputs to PMA-299, DLA and FST stakeholders for further data analytic processing to include comparison with Fleet maintenance and supply reporting.
Location: Lexington Park, MD
Education: MS or MA Degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Management, Business or Engineering.
Allowable Substitution: Master’s degree may be substituted with 1.) Bachelor’s Degree plus four (4) additional years of work experience; or 2.) Ten (10) additional years of work experience.
Experience: At least ten (10) work years’ experience in product support management and integration or maintenance planning/operational. A minimum four (4) years of specific experience in technical analysis of product support acquisition requirements analysis as well as experience demonstrating ability to independently perform IPS studies, analysis, and evaluations in support of DoD weapons systems or equipment, both air vehicle and avionics.
Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
