About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Live Ops Manager / Designer to own our live economy, event strategy, and in-game monetization systems .

You’ll design, plan, and operate weekly events, manage offers, and optimize ad and IAP monetization.

If you love diving into dashboards, spotting trends, and experimenting with ways to make live content more rewarding for players and profitable for the studio, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and operate  live events, limited-time offers, and seasonal features  that keep players coming back.

You Bring

• 4 + years  in Live Ops or Monetization roles for F2P mobile games (merge, puzzle, sim, or casual genres).

Nice to Have

• Experience with  merge or builder games .
• Knowledge of  economy balancing or Live Ops tools  (PlayFab, Firebase, custom dashboards).
• Based in Madrid or able to visit occasionally.
