Avatrial exists to save the lives of patients with cancer by accelerating the global mission towards superior, personalised treatments. We do this by executing the full end-to-end drug discovery process in-house, combining high-quality human tissue samples, full-stack multi-omic data, AI/ML-driven insights, and rapid experimental validation – to deliver better therapies, faster. We are seeking an exceptional Senior Laboratory Manager to lead and scale our laboratory operations at the heart of this mission.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our HTA-regulated laboratories, spanning tissue processing, multi-omic workflows, and experimental platforms (including cell culture systems). The successful candidate will oversee laboratory operations, quality systems, regulatory compliance, and team leadership, ensuring excellence across all activities while enabling rapid, high-quality scientific execution in a dynamic and fast-growing environment.

This is a full-time, Cambridge-based role.
