Job Summary / Purpose:
Assist in processing deliveries and stock issuing, keeping track of all supplies and ensuring stock is properly organized. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring physical stock quantity matches the SAP system. Supports warehouse operations including restocking activities and executing warehouse-to-warehouse and warehouse-tocustomer (internal & external) movements, ensuring smooth communication and coordination within operations.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
➢ Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) by entering and verifying purchase details including vendor information, delivery orders (DO), invoices, and pricing into the SAP system.
➢ Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) via Good Receive (GR) and Good Receive Purchase Order (GRPO) query, depending on receiving details arrived.
➢ Perform Goods Issue (GI) based on approved requests from Project Owner.
➢ Perform consolidation in line with Work-in-Progress (WIP) list / Project Master list to physical picked, ensuring modulated items and quantities are accurate before issuing to Production.
➢ Perform Standard Modification Job (SMJ) and Modification Job (MJ) tracking in Infinity physically (send to vendor assigned) and systematically as per request by internal customers.
➢ Perform receiving of production return material and put away respectively, transfer and clear out transactions via SAP
➢ Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning of inventory-related documents.
➢ Perform miscellaneous ad-hoc job-related duties as assigned.
➢ Determine and ensure goods received are correctly routed to relevant parties such as Quality Control (QC), Work-inProgress (WIP), Demo Warehouse (DW), Application Warehouse (AW) or Main Store (MW) by picking activities
➢ Conduct stock kitting activities based on inventory requests from Project Owner.
➢ Maintain updated and accurate inventory records including cycle counts activities.
➢ Ensure integrity of inventory records by reconciling physical stock with SAP data including Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Request (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Receipt Purchase Order (GRPO) and Goods Issue (GI) history, and purchase invoices.
➢ Track incoming and outgoing items, including QC rejected items returned to vendors for rework.
➢ Actively participate in planned quarterly inventory stock counts by location or randomly selected parts.
➢ Scrap and dispose obsolete or non-usable inventory as directed.
➢ Collaborate with logistics employees and other staff to ensure company (V & M) and values are achieved.
➢ Report inventory discrepancies or issues to Executive / Management when unable to resolve independently with respect to Integrated Management System.
➢ Always ensure good housekeeping practices within the warehouse.
Academic and Trades Qualification:
➢ Minimum SPM.
➢ Diploma or equivalent certifications in Supply Chain Management course
Work Experience and Skills:
➢ Minimum two (2) years of experience in stock, inventory, or related field.
➢ Basic knowledge of inventory management processes.
➢ Familiarity with WMS, SAP ERP, SAP Business One, or other related inventory systems.
➢ Ability to maintain accurate records, attention to detail and particular insights.
➢ Able to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
